A delightful off-dry Pinot Grigio with 1% residual sugar and pleasant tropical notes of mango and pineapple. An incredible pairing wine for spicy Thai or Indian cuisine and lovely for sipping chilled on a patio in the summer heat.
Made with Viognier grape, this white wine features ripe fruit notes such as citrus, pear, and peach and a lovely honey influence, balanced and slightly off-dry with a French vanilla finish. Best with poultry dishes, particularly when made with floral herbs such as sage or lavender.

Our classic Greek-style rosé. Made in the traditional ancient style, this wine has herbal notes of rosemary and thyme and a refreshing finish. It is recommended as a food wine, to be served chilled, and is delicious with grilled pork chops, lamb chops, grilled fish, and Greek salad!
A more robust, traditional version of our 2016 Kokineli. More dominant herbal notes of rosemary and thyme, which lend a stronger backbone to this wine, allowing it to stand up to any and all pairings to perfectly complement while still distinctive in its own right.
Our 2018 Chambourcin is made with 100% Chambourcin grape and aged for eighteen months in American oak. This wine has earthy, spicy notes, very nicely balanced with some notes of dark fig, and a wonderfully smooth finish. Our Chambourcin pairs best with grilled steak and roasted vegetable dishes.
Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in medium toast and neutral French oak barrels for five years. This Cab Sauv has a very heavy berry nose. Fruit-forward flavors of juicy blackberry and black raspberry jam are present upon the first sip, followed by hints of french vanilla, spice, and tobacco. This Cabernet Sauvignon is Kosher for Passover.
Our Autumn Nectar is aged for approximately a year in medium toast barrels, and is made with a late harvest blend of equal parts Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Traminette. Lush fruit and honey come through the nose, and there is a gentle touch of acidity present at the finish.
The 2013 Ariadne is our port-style red dessert wine. Made with 75% Chambourcin and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, this limited edition wine has wonderful flavors of cocoa, black cherry, toasted nuts and vanilla. The perfect after-dinner wine with a piece of your favorite chocolate, or all on its own!
