Cabernet Franc: aged 16 months in combination French and American oak barrels, this is a wonderful medium to full-bodied Cabernet Franc with a wonderful mixture of fruit forwardness and savoriness. Its aromas favor notes of strawberry jam and peppery spice, while on the palate you’ll find rich flavors of red plum and black cherry up front, with layered flavors of black pepper, earthy tones of bell pepper, and hints of smoke and toast in the finish, followed by polished tannins. 480: A Bordeaux-style red blend; made with 40% Cabernet Sauvignon (2020), 40% Merlot (2020), 10% Petit Verdot (2021), and 10% Malbec (2021). Caramel on the nose, with notes of candied raspberry and dark plum, following with an oaky and hints of espresso in the finish.
