A blend of 50% Mourvèdre and 50% Syrah, Our Rosé is redolent with hints of young strawberry, ripe kiwi and just a suggestion of melon. Enjoy with semi-soft cheese, light salads and lean meats or an antipasto platter.
Both the Mourvèdre and Syrah were fermented and aged in stainless steel and went through primary fermentation at 58F for approximately 8 weeks before undergoing 100% ML fermentation.
