The Winemaker’s Reserve of our award-winning Seyval Blanc is fermented with a champagne style yeast, which sends the flavor profile in a mineral direction (rather than citrus). This specially selected vintage expresses similar to a Sauvignon Blanc – dry, crisp and bright with a creamy finish on the palate.
Tank-aged without oak for approximately 18 months.
May be cellared up to 5 years.
