Created at the request of customers, our Sweet Blueberry will envelope your palate in rich, deep flavors of blueberry without being too sweet or cloying. Full-bodied and rich, this wine is excellent on it own as dessert and wonderful reduced as a compliment to grilled beef. A portion of this wine’s proceeds will be donated to ALS research in honor of the wine’s namesake, Virginia Mae Procon Fois.

Our Chardonnay finds balance in both body and style. Winemaker Amy LaBelle blends the traditional Chardonnay grape with the cold-hardy Vidal Blanc; creating a wine true to our New England fruit. LaBelle Chardonnay is not over-oaked, aging only briefly in French Oak. Malolactic fermentation, a secondary fermentation that converts malic acid to lactic acid, lends a buttery nose, while crisp acidity and floral tones are demonstrated due largely to the addition of the Vidal Blanc. This blend is a wonderful complement to any poultry or seafood dish.

In this rich, velvety decadence, we combine wine made from ripe blueberries and the French hybrid red grape Marechal Foch to create a uniquely New England red wine. Aged in French oak, the touch of blueberry makes this red grape wine a dry yet bold crowd pleaser. Displaying a deep ruby color with aromas of ripe berries and plums, on the palate it is silky smooth with berry flavors, floral notes, and soft tannins.
Winemaker Amy LaBelle performed her style of “Alchemy” blending Baco Noir, Noiret and Corot Noir to create this easy red dinner wine full of fruit, spice and woodland notes that is neither too light nor too heavy. At 1% residual sugar, Red Alchemy is a crowd-pleasing wine delicious with poultry or beef dishes, and wonderful with salmon. Noiret is one of Amy’s favorite grapes to work with and LaBelle Winery grows Noiret in the Pedroso Vineyard, which you pass on your left as you drive into the winery.
