NEW RELEASE! WINERY EXCLUSIVE: This limited-production wine is only available in our Tasting Room and Online Store. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this Chardonnay was aged in Bourbon barrels for 3 months. It then received approximately 3 months of bottle aging before its release. This wine has hints of peach on the nose, followed by caramel notes from the bourbon barrels. On the palate, it has bright acidity and good volume, with some weight that is attributed to lees aging in the barrels.
