Leland Hyatt hired outstanding talent in Dr Wade Wolfe and Stan Clarke to begin the first 5 vintages. With renewed focus in 2022, Leland hired Caleb Foster to continue this outstanding property’s mission. Delicious when new and youthful, its balanced power offers classic flavors when aged. For example, the 1992 vintage Estate merlot today demonstrates persistence of over 30 years of age. Harvested from the same vines today, we share this vintage to show everyone the richness, generosity and expression of the old Yakima Valley estate.
