Our hopped mead possesses two additions of three types of hops, which add balance to the sweetness of traditional honey wine with grounded base notes, and a sturdy aroma that entices the senses. Mosaic hops anchor a fruit-forward hop blend with guava, lime, and grapefruit flavors combined with the usual resinous hop flavor.
Pairing suggestions: Anything you would enjoy a beer with…pub menu, pesto, pizza, pasta & red sauces, pretzels & cheese sauce. Pho with lime and basil leaves. Focaccia bread, parmesan cheese.
The hop additions are very fruit forward bringing citrus notes to the mead. Fresh white fish with lime or lemon, kale or broccoli with lemon and butter.
