Rain, newly cut grass and garden grown herbs introduce the wonderful complexity of this unique white. Aromas of freshly baked bread follow through to the palate and are kept light and balanced with hints of pink grapefruit.
Winemaker Notes - Grapes were hand harvested from Flying Leap Vineyards in August 2022. Whole cluster pressed and cold settled. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for 3-4 weeks. Aged in stainless-steel tanks on lees for 3 months. Racked, filtered prior to bottling in June 2023.
