A combination of lemon zest and lime leaf hit you immediately out of the glass. Notes of lychee, brioche, and slate round out the nose. Meyer lemon dominates the palate with quince and unripe nectarine following. Limestone dominates the finish.
Aromas of white flower and violet, with white peach and grapefruit bringing fruit characters to the nose. Apricot and lemon rind dominate the nose with hints of grass, flint, dried herbs on the palate.
Strawberry and watermelon rind jump out of the glass, with thyme, savory, and lavender lending a Provence feel to this wine. Strawberry patch continues on the palate with lemon zest, oregano, and wet stones completing this dry, easy drinking rose.
