Pungent blackberry jam & prosciutto are at the top of this complex wine. A little time in the glass reveals graphite, incense and cedar all of which are held together impeccably by bold and structured tannins

Harvested in Fall 2020
• Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hours before inoculation
• Twice a day pumpovers during the 10 day fermentation
• Pressed to barrel and aged 18 months before bottling - new French Oak Barrel
• Bottled May 2022, bottle aged for 7 months prior to release
