Red roses & chocolate present a gorgeous bouquet on this light bodied red wine. Mid palate note of chalk & pepper peak through but are brought back up by the cranberry finish.
Winemaker Notes - Grapes were hand harvested in the fall of 2021. Destemmed and cold soaked prior to inoculation. Daily pump-overs during primary fermentation. Pressed to oak barrels and aged up to 20 months. Bottled May 2023.
