Bright tang of kiwi and lemon cake leave hints of dried oats & cinnamon behind. Pulling it all together are notes of tropical fruits and racy acidity.

• Harvested August 2021 • Pressed to concrete egg and fermented at low temperatures for 35 days • Aged in concrete egg for 3 months and stainless tank for 4 months • Bottled April 2022
