Notes

Underripe strawberry and perfectly ripened grapefruit remind you of enjoying strawberries picked fresh from the field. This wine is round and balanced in the mouth. You will experience it from the tip of your tongue to the back of the palate.

Winemaker Notes - Grapes were hand harvested in August 2022. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at low temperature for 3-4 weeks. Aged in stainless-steel tanks for 6 months, blended (Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre) and aged for 2 months. Bottled June 2023.
