NEW RELEASE! Our 11th vintage of Storm Front is a bold and fruity red blend of Merlot (56%), Malbec (17%), Cabernet Franc (14%) and Petit Verdot (13%) from Beverly, Weinbau and Dineen vineyards. It has a deep ruby color and engaging aromas of raspberry, cherry, plum, mulberry, sweet tobacco, olive, anise, herb potpourri and stick incense. The flavors mirror the aromatics with generous yet focused dark fruits that are intermixed with licorice, bittersweet chocolate, roasted coffee beans and dusty earth. The back picks up pressed fruits, roasted nuts, framboise, and kirsch liqueurs, mocha, and pencil shavings, followed by a sweet-dry tannin finish. Pairs well with roasted chicken and potatoes, rainy evenings and movie nights.
