Itasca is a brand new wine to the Chateau. It is a recent University of MN grape release that allows us to make a truly dry white wine out of our local grapes. This wine has soft aromas of ripe pear and floral notes. On the palate it has soft fruit with unique mineral notes of limestone and wet slate. It has an acidic, grippy finish that will allow it to pair with any shellfish, alfredo or classic mac and cheese.
