Our take on Medusa might not actually turn anyone into stone, but the taste will give you a very good reason to pause. This highly drinkable creature is semi-sweet and slightly tart. Medusa makes good use of its stone fruit, plum, rounds it out with both raspberry blossom honey and local tulip poplar honey, and then finishes off with a touch of ginger spice.
