A fearsome dragon-like creature, the Tarasque was said to terrorize the Rhône riverbank. With its sharp teeth and six bear-like claws, it took a miracle to tame this monster. This is that miracle. A saison-inspired melomel that makes use of both local Maryland honey and Mexican Oaxacan honey, this mead delivers earthy and spicy ester notes, rounded out with a delicate balance of persimmons and peppercorn.
