Collaboration is our barrel aged series featuring partnerships with local spirits makers and artists. Each unique barrel aged mead has a custom designed label by one of our local partner galleries at 83Gallery and Old Towne East Gallery. We continue our tradition of supporting local artists and providing them with visibility and promotion. In this bottle you’ll enjoy our dry traditional wildflower honey mead aged on bourbon barrels from OYO MiddleWest Spirits. The mead absorbs the warm caramel notes of bourbon from the barrel while aging the complex honey flavors to perfection.
