Nouveau, a celebration of our first wine release of the 2023 vintage year, is a light-bodied semi-dry red made from Chambourcin and Norton grapes. Nouveau is exuberantly fruity, but clean and fresh, with good fruit and acid balance.
Pairing: Grilled or roasted meats, stews, pastas, salads, and cheeses.
Serving Temp: Chilled (55°F)
