Winemaking Notes: The fruit was machine harvested and crushed into stainless steel tanks and bins to ferment. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was moved into neutral French oak barrels and aged for 14 months. Tasting Notes: Flavors and aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, earth, spice and dried herbs.
