This Chardonnay has a light nose with hints of honey crisp apple and butterscotch. The palate has delicate flavors of crisp pear and baked apples. The gentle and creamy mouthfeel makes this wine perfect for pairing with grilled salmon, or roasted chicken. Our Chardonnay is sourced from Rothrock Vineyard in Prosser. Barrel fermented and sur lie aged for 6 months in 33% New French Oak and 67% Neutral French Oak.
