This refreshing rosé is very versatile making it a great choice to go with BBQ chicken, seared salmon or even roasted pork tenderloin.
This Sauvignon Blanc leads off with subtle floral aromatics, hints of lemon & under ripe pear. The palate displays honeycrisp apple, refined slate minerality and a softer lingering finish of lemon meringue pie.
Showcasing some lovely lemon pound cake, honeysuckle and stone fruit aromas. This wine continues to maintain that great off dry, yet bright and refreshing appeal for an easy drinking and approachable wine. It is sure to please both the novice and connoisseur!
Our Chenin Blanc is sourced from Treveri Vineyards and was 100% stainless steel tank fermented.
Our Riesling opens with a crisp nose of apple blossom and lemon. On the palate crisp lime is pronounced then followed by a softer apricot finish. The classic balance of sweetness and heightened acidity in this wine makes it great to age showcasing an intriguing development of character over time.
Macheveau is made in a Nouveau style, going through 10 days of carbonic maceration, then aged briefly in neutral oak until bottling. It truly is unlike any Malbec you have ever tasted! The wine has hints of bubble gum and black pepper with tons of underlying blueberry. This is a great BBQ wine or even next Thanksgiving dinner if it can stay on the wine rack that long!

Provocant is a distinctive blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot.

Immediately present is a rich nose of vanilla and peppercorn with a light smokiness. Bold baked black plum and cherry flavors are balanced with peppercorn and clove. The smooth, refined tannins make this wine a gem on its own or can enhance heavy dishes like thick cut prime rib and porterhouse steaks.
