Macheveau is made in a Nouveau style, going through 14 days of carbonic maceration, then aged briefly in neutral oak until bottling. It truly is unlike any Malbec you have ever tasted! The wine has hints of bubble gum and black pepper with tons of underlying blueberry. This is a great BBQ wine or even next Thanksgiving dinner if it can stay on the wine rack that long!
