We love the way Riesling ranges from dry to sweet, but our personal favorites are right in the middle. This Riesling has just a touch of sweetness at 1.5% RS, enough to balance sharp acidity and bergamot citrus with a hint of bubblegum and a full mid palate. We are so delighted by the way this pairs with food, and think it has some incredible aging potential.
