Marble is the blend of a barrel fermented Chardonnay topped off with a blend of red grapes that snuck into our white grape plantings. This fuller bodied rosé is complex. Notes of preserved lemon and plum develop into raspberry. The acidity is balanced with a long round finish. We love this wine decanted too - it brings out the extra fruit.
