This medium to full body starts off with dry limestone and develops on the finish with plum, eucalyptus, and white pepper. This robust release can be a dinner on it’s own or play well with a mushroom burgers or smoked cheese.

Our latest release from the Humbug Vineyards, continues to shine and this year she came in little hotter. In the heavy hitter of 15% with one of our strongest tannin structures we have ever seen. This release is meant for lasting, for a special evening or holding this one in the cellar for a few years to come.
