We are excited to welcome back Pinot Grigio to the 3 Steves white wine portfolio. Sourced from Sunol in Livermore Valley, s region that experiences high coastal influence and cooler nights, this delicious light wine is made in the Italian sytle. Fermented until completely dry and aged in stainless steel rather than oak to preserve the fruit component of this wine. To maintain the crispness, this wine did not go through malolactic fermentation. The result is a well-balanced Pinot Grigio with plenty of fruit and a lovely, clean finish.
