Crafting wine is incredibly rewarding for us. Each year the vines come to life with new growth. We nurture and train the vines, but never have complete control of what they will ultimately produce. Then we harvest the fruit, working diligently not to make any mistakes and hoping we are able to turn this precious juice into a mature wine one day. After years of hard work, the wine is finally ready for bottling. Some wines work well on their own, but some very special wines are married with other wines to form unique blends that seem to get better and better as they age together. This is one of those wines. of those wines. "Melissa's Blend" , lovingly named after Steve Ziganti's daughter, the original blend having been made for her wedding.
