We reserve a small amount of our Boreas Sweet Vermouth and age it in Vermont spirit barrels for at least 6 months. the result is an exceptionally smooth, rich, and complex sipping vermouth. Boreas Reserve 2021 is full of rich nutty flavors and dark fruit accentuated by a hint of spice and oak. We recommend enjoying Boreas Reserve on its own, lightly chilled.
This is a limited special release, only 62 cases produced.
We make craft vermouth in Brattleboro, VT with a focus on sourcing ingredients as locally as we can. Our wine is made from cold-tolerant grape varietals grown in the region, and we source as many of our herbs as possible from Vermont farms. In short, we offer a unique flavor of our region.
