Persevere is our traditionally crafted elderberry wine. Off-dry and full bodied with a very smooth finish thanks to aging on French Oak. Earthy, nicely balanced, with hints of dark fruit and complex spices. Elderberry makes a truly remarkable wine.
Our wines are made from the harvest of the elderberry orchards on our Oklahoma farm. Sustainably grown, herbicide and pesticide free, hand-harvested, and farm-crafted. We're a true start to finish small farm winery focused on the production of extraordinary wines.
Persevere pairs well with red meat and game, portobello mushrooms and semi-hard aged cheese. Substantial enough to stand up to spicy dishes.

We're a true small farm winery dedicated to the production of traditionally crafted elderberry wines. We grow North American Black Elder (Sambucus canadensis) with absolutely no pesticides or herbicides. This provides us with the absolute best fruit and botanicals for our wines. Total production is limited by the intensive, hands-on labor required to grow and process this native treasure.
