Alliance is crafted from both elderberry and elderflower for a completely unique flavor profile and a striking pink color. A bright, medium-bodied, semi-sweet wine that pops with fruit notes, and hints of floral and spice.
Our wines are made from the harvest of the elderberry orchards on our Oklahoma farm. Sustainably grown, herbicide and pesticide free, hand-harvested, and farm-crafted. We're a true start to finish small farm winery focused on the production of extraordinary wines.
Alliance pairs well with soft cheeses, seafood and grilled meats. Best served chilled.
We're a true small farm winery dedicated to the production of traditionally crafted elderberry wines. We grow North American Black Elder (Sambucus canadensis) with absolutely no pesticides or herbicides. This provides us with the absolute best fruit and botanicals for our wines. Total production is limited by the intensive, hands-on labor required to grow and process this native treasure.
