Made from the Petit Ami white grape variety released by Minnesota viticulturist Dave McGregor in 2005. We cold fermented this vintage to help showcase it's unique flavor profile full of rose petals and honey on the nose. Best served chilled, and perfect for those looking for an easy-drinking white wine.
