We have over a 100 olive trees that line the property and they are two of Italy's favorite varieties. Frantoio and Leccino olive trees are located predominantly in Tuscany and we have them here in Lodi. Each of these varieties on their own would win awards. "We like them together", both varieties have a very fresh and clean taste. A little sweetness up front, a touch of almond, a buttery middle with slight pepper on the finish. This olive oil can go with anything, we've seen Chefs drink it straight.
We are a 7th Generation Winemaking Family located in the Lodi AVA. All wines are Estate Grown. We grow 600 acres of a variety of wine grapes to include Verdelho, Petite Sirah, Muscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Old Vine Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and red and white blends.
