This hand-crafted white is currently the only white wine aged with oak in the winery. It all starts with a secondary fermentation for this white that provides the buttery mouth feel you will immediately discover. For 2 years it has rested with lightly toasted American Oak providing you with subtle hints of smoky vanilla on the finish. Serve slightly chilled only for even more flavor.
