This great drinking summer white is very similar in style to a Pinot Grigio, with slight hints of apple, which are very prominent if kept at room temperature. It is finished dry with very nice hints of citrus flavors on the finish. You will find wine diamonds (tartrate crystals) in the bottom of the bottle of this Brook Hollow favorite! These crystals are an indication of a healthy wine with no chemical additions or alterations.
