Our attempt to capture the fall of Northeast Ohio in a bottle. Distinct aromas fill the nose with both fresh and baked apples, tea and straw on this medium-bodied apple wine. Made with locally sourced Honeycrisp apples blended with our own, estate-grown, Cayuga White wine round out the body and extend the finish.
