This Cabernet Franc is grown in our Schubert-Ferney vineyard along a ridge on the south side of the Grand River Valley. This warm site allows Cabernet Franc to fully ripen and express the rich, red fruit and spicy flavors typical of this classic, Old World grape.

Silver Crest Cellars, located in the Grand River Valley, is a collaboration of local winegrowers with family vineyards dating back to the 1930's. We grow and make both old-world and new-world wine varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Dornfelder, Riesling, and Chardonnay, as well as local, historical varieties and blends.
