Sugar Creek Redwall Cavern Wine The Chambourcin grapes for this wine are harvested from the Sugar Creek Vineyards. It is slightly dry with a fruity aroma and aged 12 months in French barrels to add just a hint of oak. It pairs nicely with pasta or barbecue. This Estate Grown dry Chambourcin is named Redwall Cavern which is encountered at Mile 33 on the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. An enormous amphitheater carved by high river flows into the Canyon’s limestone walls, it’s a popular spot for river rafters to stop and explore. The first explorer of the Canyon, John Wesley Powell, believed it could hold 50,000 people. But even if that many could not fit inside, it is truly an amazing place to visit. 0.5% Residual Sugar
