The golden-skinned Semillon grape, important in traditional winemaking worldwide, is the base for both sweet and dry white wines. Our Semillon is full-bodied and, with flavors of lemon, apple and other stone fruits, shows great minerality with a long finish. The wine is a great partner with all fall and winter seasonal dishes such as turkey, pumpkin soup or a nice chili verde.
Over the decades, GRV has chalked up a rich history as Colorado’s premier estate-grown wine producer. From its location at the base of the state’s western Little Bookcliffs mountain range near the Colorado River, GRV is poised for new growth and innovation.
