Our dry Riesling has notes of floral and citrus aromas with characteristics of crisp green apple and pear on the palette complimenting the bright acidity. This vintage pairs well with Asian Food, lighter meats or semi-hard, medium aged cheeses like Asiago, Cheddar, Fontina and Swiss.
