As we wait for our Estate Vineyard to produce fruit we purchased this fruit from Meridian Estate Vineyard. This Foch was aged in French Oak barrels for 10 months with 50% New American Oak adding structure and complexity to the wine. With Notes of creme brûlée and toffee this is an easy drinking cool climate big red, but be careful this stuff was nicknamed “the ink” for a reason! It will stain everything from hands/concrete during winemaking to any fabric it touches! 31 cases produced
