The actual grape variety is Geisenheim but the federal registry does not list this grape variety. It is a cross between Riesling and Chancellor, Chancellor being a red variety. The wine is pure white wine very similar to Riesling with a little more acid and apple notes. For 2021, we blended a little of its parent, Riesling into the blend.
