Luscious fruit with bursting flavors of cherries raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries. Delightfully semi-sweet that pleases a wide variety of wine consumers. We picked these awesome grapes, destemmed and crushed them, then fermented the juice, deep chilled it and then filtered it with a precise amount of residual sugar. No sugar added, of course. At bottling, we tapped a very little bit of black muscat to add some razzle-dazzle spice! Natural clean residual sugar. No sugary, syrupy aftertaste.
