Singlehandedly the rarest wine blend we make. We can easily go years without blending this wine. Our Riesling is grown on a hillside near Lake Erie in PA. The grapes are super expensive and we always allocate most of the production to Catherine's Blend, a Vignoles, Chardonnay and Riesling blend. We'll make some dry and some sweet Riesling and normally not put in on the wine list. Perhaps twice, we have made Ease My Mind, a blend of Riesling and a Riesling offspring, Geisenheim. Intensely tropical in nature, but with an intriguing spiciness that captivates the taste buds. Nice acids, fully balanced and naturally sweet
