Blue My Mind is made from 100% Stueben that gets a cold soak on skins for 3 hours before pressing the juice. This provides lots of flavor from the skins without any bitterness from the tannins in the skins. Abundant grape, cherry, strawberry and citrus notes such as grapefruit and lemon make for a very flavorful wine. Naturally sweet, no sugar or juice added, just like wines are made in Europe. Residual sugar 3.2%

Notes

All the residual sugar is pure fructose, which provides a very clean, refreshing finish, is much lower in calories than when sugar or juice is added to back-sweeten wines and many type 2 diabetics can drink this wine without blood sugar spikes. Sweet wine with no lingering sugary, syrupy aftertaste.
