Pink Pearl is a pink-fleshed apple bred by Albert Etter in Humboldt County in the early 1900s. Native yeast fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, no sulfites added. Hand riddled and disgorged. Chill well prior to opening. 32 cases produce.
