Turning wine country into cider country, one apple at a time! A blend of Fuji, Gala, GoldRush, McIntosh, Mutsu, Wickson & heirloom mix. Sources: Golden Nectar Farm, Happy Apples, Pearl Girl Orchard Vulture Hill Orchard, all Sonoma County, all organically grown. Fermented with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Lively, lemony zesty, herbacious, notes of golden apple, honey- comb, stone fruit. Portion of proceeds will benefit Farm to Pantry, which gleaned some of the apples for this cider. .
