Out of Time is a complex cyser made with apples from the English Family Orchard and some of our favorite wildflower blossom honey. It has aged on medium toast American Oak barrel staves to impart a balanced complexity which interplays between the apple & honey, muscular tannin, toasted straw & caramelized pear skin notes. Out of Time offers a classic range of pairing opportunities with strong cheese, halibut, smoked brisket, or flourless chocolate torte. Cheers from Superstition!
