Holy Grail is a two year old Traditional Mead made with Arizona Mesquite honey and aged in a 10 year old Sandeman's Tawny Port Barrel. This off-dry 15% ABV mead is sure to please the fans of drier meads as it offers a range of complexity with subtle port in the attack which yields to a pleasant oxidative character and finishes tannic and oaky.
