From our Reserve: Our second batch of Bourbon Barrel Aged Seiobo is something to celebrate. We made this mead by introducing liquid nitrogen to fresh Masumoto peaches to open up the juiciest flavors imaginable. The frozen peaches were then added to a Woodford Reserve barrel for a delightfully complex beverage that celebrates the magic of both freshness and age.
